TVAlertsManager (“TVAM” or “we” or “our“) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this policy.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy“) was created in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy of a) users (“Users” or “customers” or “you“) of the TVAlertsManager Application (“App” or “TVAM“) and/or TVAM Website at www.tvalertsmanager.com (“Website“); b) TVAM customers and prospective customers; c) TVAM participants, members, users and such persons’ associated persons and representatives; and d) any other individuals from whom TVAM collects personal data during the course of its business activities. This Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and protect the personal information of our customers.

The term “personal information” means information about an identifiable individual, including information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person. Personal information does not include business contact information, including your name, title, or business contact details.

This Policy applies to information we collect, use, or disclose about our customers, App and Website users, including:

• To personal information, which includes information that you have provided to us or that we collected from other sources.

• To all services provided by TVAM and to all channels through which we provide those services, including TVAM Apps and our Website.

• In email and other electronic messages between you and TVAM.

• When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services if the advertising or applications or include links to this Policy.

This Policy DOES NOT apply to information collected by third parties on their own websites, even if those sites may be linked from our Website. We are not responsible for the actions or privacy policies of any third party.

We do not knowingly solicit from, and our services are not intended for persons under 18 years of age (“Minors”), and Minors should not provide us with their personal information. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her Minor child has provided us with information, the parent or guardian should contact our Data Privacy Officer (provided below) and we will delete such Minor’s information from our files.

Please read this Policy carefully. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our App or Website. By accessing or using our App or Website, you indicate that you understand, accept, and consent to the practices described in this Policy. This Policy may change from time to time without notice (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT ABOUT YOU

• Communications including when you communicate with us, or respond to communications from us, via email, chat or calls.

• Local information, such as information about your device’s approximate physical location for purposes such as validating your identity, the prevention, suppression or detection of crime, and to enhance the functionality of a particular service, for example locating a nearby App.

• Device information, such as information about your browser, software application, IP address, geolocation, security status and other similar device information in order to understand your interests and needs so that we can serve you better.

• Payment information, including sales, purchases, credit cards, e-transfers, and other information about your use of our services.

The following payment processors that we use, but are not limited to, are:

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

If the TVAM is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our customer’s or users’ personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Website home page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date, active, and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our Website and this Policy to check for any changes.
